The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2023-24 includes a shift in budget authority in the Salaries and
Benefits appropriation category within DMFM from FGTF to MRCTF for a position focused on recreational and commercial
fishery management issues within the DMFM's Federal Fisheries Section.
