Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2023-24

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2023-24 provides a net zero transfer of $48,500 in General Revenue
from the Expenses category to the Contracted Services category. This realignment will allow the department to accurately
reflect program expenditures in the appropriate appropriation category.
