Governor's Recommendations 2022-23

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2022-23 includes a recurring reduction of $30,000 in the Emergency
Communications E911 System Trust Fund in the Telecommunication Services budget entity.  The reduction in the Contracted
Legal Services appropriation category is minimal and will have no impact on the department.

This issue was included in the department's Schedule VIIIB-2 reduction exercise and Legislative Budget Request and will
have a minimal impact on program operations.
