Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2022-23

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2022-23 includes funds and FTE to expand the statewide Behavioral
Threat Assessment Management (BTAM) strategy to all seven Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) Regions. Upon its
full implementation, FDLE's BTAM strategy will create Regional Threat Assessment Task Forces in each of FDLE's seven
regions using the existing Regional Domestic Security Task Force infrastructure.
