Governor's Recommendations 2022-23

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2022-23 includes recurring trust fund authority in the Grants and
Donations Trust Fund for payment of repairs to facility infrastructure. The Department of Corrections (FDC) has sustained
damages to facilities from natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and fires. As a result, FDC has
received insurance proceeds from Risk Management to make the repairs necessary to restore facilities to normal occupancy
and operational use.
