Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2022-23

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2022-23 includes a reduction of $2,150,000 in the Biomedical Trust
Fund due to unfunded budget. House Bill 5011 passed in June 2021, which was related to the termination of the Lawton
Chiles Endowment Fund.
