Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2022-23

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2022-23 includes $2,672,312 in the Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund.
This issue provides additional budget authority for the annual adjustment for inflation using the Consumer Price Index as
required by Article X, section 27 of the state constitution for the Tobacco Settlement Trust Fund.
