Justification
Governor's Recommendations 2022-23

The Governor's Budget Recommendation for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 includes a realignment from the Inland Protection Trust
Fund in the Other Personal Services category to the Salaries and Benefits category in the Administrative Trust Fund for
the Office of the Secretary. This realignment will allow the Executive Direction Program to better manage limited
resources for staffing needs.
