   From  the  funds  in Specific Appropriation 1957, $4,000,000 is provided
   to  further  enhance  transportation  disadvantaged services through the
   Transportation and Equipment Grant Program.

   From  the  funds  in  Specific  Appropriation  1957, $6,000,000 shall be
   used by the Commission on Transportation Disadvantaged for an Innovation
   Grants  program.   Funds  shall be used to provide competitive grants to
   community  transportation  coordinators  for innovative service delivery
   through   collaboration   with   non-traditional   providers   such   as
   transportation  network  companies  and other entities that specifically
   support one of the following three objectives:  provides cross-county or
   regional mobility, improves and/or expands access to and availability of
   life-sustaining  services, and/or reduces barriers or gaps in service on
   current  fixed  routes.   One  or  more  grants  may be awarded within a
   county.   However,  a  county  may  not receive an award that equals, or
   multiple  awards that cumulatively equal, more than $1,000,000. Multiple
   counties  may  partner  together  for a grant up to $500,000 to meet the
   specific goal of providing regional mobility.  A ten percent local match
   is  required  for all grants.  All funds shall be used to provide direct
   services to transportation disadvantaged clients.
